Connection Guide

NetDrive allows users to connect to their CheapFTPSpace online storage as if it is a local hard drive. This means that a new hard drive will show up in Computer/My Computer/Windows Explorer and will be accessible to any Windows application. For example, you can save and open Microsoft Excel, Word and Photoshop files directly to/from your online storage space.

How to connect using NetDrive

Download, install and open the NetDrive Application

Click the "New Site" button

Give the storage a "Site Name"

Fill in the "Site IP or URL" box using the IP address or host name given to you upon signup

The "Port" should be left as "21"

"Server Type" should be "FTP"

Select a "Drive" letter for the online storage

The "Account" should be an FTP username as per your CheapFTPSpace storage panel control panel

The "Password" should be the related FTP password

Check "Automatic login when system starts" and "Automatic login when NetDrive starts"

Click "Save"

Click "Connect"
